Galestya specializes in handcrafted home décor and home accessories made by skilled Indonesian artisans. Our collections include wall décor, baskets, mirrors, lampshades, decorative accessories, storage solutions, and other handcrafted products made from natural materials.
2. Do you sell retail or wholesale?
Galestya exclusively serves wholesale (B2B) customers. We work with importers, wholesalers, retailers, interior designers, hotels, resorts, and project buyers. We do not offer retail sales.
4. Do you accept custom designs (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We welcome custom designs and private label projects. Please share your product specifications, dimensions, materials, quantity, and reference images so our team can evaluate your request.
5. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ varies depending on the product category and production requirements. Please contact us with the products you are interested in, and we will provide the applicable MOQ.
6. Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample orders are available for quality evaluation. Sample costs, shipping fees, and production lead time will depend on the selected product.
7. How long is the production lead time?
Production typically takes depending on the product type, order quantity, and production schedule.
8. Which countries do you export to?
We are ready to serve buyers worldwide, including North America, Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, subject to shipping availability and import regulations.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We generally accept international bank transfers (T/T). Payment terms will be confirmed in the quotation and sales agreement.
10. What shipping terms do you offer?
We can arrange shipments under common international trade terms such as FOB, EXW, or CIF, depending on the buyer's requirements and destination.
11. Can you assist with export documentation?
Yes. We provide the necessary export documents according to shipment requirements, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin (when required), and other supporting documents.
12. Are your products handmade?
Yes. Our products are handcrafted by experienced Indonesian artisans. Because they are made using natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, and dimensions are part of the unique character of each piece.
13. How do you ensure product quality?
Every order undergoes a quality inspection before packaging and shipment to ensure it meets the agreed specifications and quality standards.
14. Can you help source products outside your catalog?
Yes. In addition to our regular collections, we also provide sourcing services for selected Indonesian handicrafts and home décor products based on your business requirements.
15. How can I request a quotation?
To receive a quotation, please complete the Request a Quotation form on our website. Include the product(s) you are interested in, estimated quantity, destination country, and any special requirements. Our team will review your request and respond with a customized quotation as soon as possible.
